Sito De Maria C.O.E. Estate 84.44
This unique coffee comes from an estate with a double nationality as Cerro El Chingo, where Sito De Maria is located, splits the property between Guatemala and El Salvador and is the first farm of this zone to win a Cup of Excellence award. La Montanita Pacamara
This Estate is only 17.5 Hecatares and is completly planted with Pacamara cultivar. If you are not familiar with this giant of a bean it is a cross between naturally occuring Pacas and Maragogype.

Although region specific climate and growing conditions may significantly increase bean quality each individual farm uses multiple techniques throughout the growing and harvest process which determines the quality of the bean. Numerous lots of coffee will be cupped at various roast levels before it is added to our collection and that is what separates our coffee from traditional gourmet coffee retailers. Many roasters market their coffee by region only, which usually means it is some type of blend of the lower quality beans harvested from that region. All of our Coffee is from a single origin/estate ensuring unmatched quality and exclusivity. Fresh Roasted Micro Lot Coffee
Our collection consists of 30+ estate grown coffees shipped to us directly and fresh roasted for you at any of our 5 roast levels. We roast each lot of coffee as specified by our customer and specific roast data can be seen through our exclusive batch locator system. This micro lot roasting technique allows us to further control the quality of roast and ensure an unparallel level of freshness. You will be surprised to see how different each beans flavor profile can change based on the roast level.

Coffee Time Collection By T.M. Del Rosso  The perfect addition to any kitchen the "Coffee Time" Collection is available in limited edition prints signed and numbered by the artist. Thom-Mark Del Rosso has been busy in front of a canvass for almost forty years. He has studied painting at various institutions including Kent State School of Fine Art and The Cooper School of Art.
