Sito De Maria C.O.E. Estate 84.44
This unique coffee comes from an estate with a double nationality as Cerro El Chingo, where Sito De Maria is located, splits the property between Guatemala and El Salvador and is the first farm of this zone to win a Cup of Excellence award.
La Montanita Pacamara
This Estate is only 17.5 Hecatares and is completly planted with Pacamara cultivar. If you are not familiar with this giant of a bean it is a cross between naturally occuring Pacas and Maragogype.

Las Nubes Organic
This coffee is grown high (about 4970ft) in the volcanic soil of the Ataco and Apaneca mountains in the western parts of El Salvador. Higher in these mountains, well above the plantation, there is a lagoon flooded with small frogs. This lagoon is the inspiration for the name of this coffee: Cerro Las Ranas means "Hills of Frogs". This bean is processed using the Pulped Natural method.

Finca San Francisco
This is a wonderful 100% traditional Bourbon arabica cultivar that is exclusively sun-dried on patios. This estate placed in the Cup of Excelence in 2003 and consistently produces a wonderful bean. It comes from an altitude of 4900 f eet, the San Francisco farm owned by Juan Francisco Rodríguez.

Monte Nevado COE Estate
Eighteen years ago, Regina Meardi de Papini inherited Monte Nevado, or Mount Snowed, a farm located on the top of the Tecapa-Chinameca Mountain range overoking the impressible and emerald lagoon of Alegría. The farm is comprehended by 70 hectares of land, of which 39.9 hectares are planted with coffee.

La Montañita Pacamara
For a Pacamara, it has very good body and exceptional balance, a darker flavor profile than expected, with suggestions of Indonesia-like foresty flavors. Still, it has a very fine acidity, with strawberry-like brightness, and sweet rhubarb flavor in the finish.

El Cashal COE Estate
The name El Cashal comes from a variety of trees that grows in the farm. It is located in Ahuachapán in the western part of El Salvador. Serving as a cradle to both lagoons, Las Ninfas and Laguna Verde, nested between both bodies you find El Cashal.
