Yemen Mokha Sana'ani:
This cup has bright fruitiness (banana esters) at the light roasts (City) a touch of spice and leather in the cup, and sweet tobacco. I love the way this coffee passes through your senses while drinking it: it begins with a burst of spice, cinnamon and clove; as the curtain lifts on the first wave of flavor a light, delicate peach-apricot fruitiness is revealed, and in the end a bit of cinnamon spiciness.

Kenya French Mission Varietal:
This unique varietal is a look back into the past. French Mission is an original Bourbon varietal that was introduced by French Missionaries in the late 1800s. Over 76 centimeters of rain a year, combined with the deep red volcanic soil and temperatures of 22 to 28 degrees Celsius, come together to provide the perfect conditions for this coffee to express its genetic treasures.

Kenya Kirinyaga Thimo Peaberry:
This coffee is not as sweet as other peaberries, but I do find a deeply, pungent spice in the cup. Starting with winy aroma, blackberry, and a peppery spice. The cup follows suit with these aromatic themes, adding a dense, walnut, laced body.
